What You Need to Know is Pelosi, pills, and pain. Pelosi has failed us again: she is the only dictator in American political life. She dominates the House and gets what she wants, so we shouldn’t be surprised that even in a crisis we got trillions in spending. The pills are helping us: what we’re seeing is real life “right to try” situations as new medications spring up that might save lives. There’s pain in these situations: but we can do this. We are seeing leadership from our President, even the governors, and our local communities.
Mark Schneider of Gen IV Nuclear gives an update on the state of energy and the nuclear situation in the United States in the midst of this crisis, what they’re learning from coronavirus and the boondoggle spending bill.
Michael Petrilli, Thomas B. Fordham Institute president and co-editor of How to Educate an American, The Conservative Vision for Tomorrow’s Schools, joins us to talk about the conservative vision for the future of public schools. We talk about why public schools are teaching our children to hate America.
